Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

The following states are required to pay sales tax on all orders: Illinios, Indiana, Michigan, Minnisota, Ohio, and Wisconson.

 

Can I order online without a credit card?

Currently, we only accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover.

 

Can I mail, phone, fax, or email my order?

Currently, we only accept orders through our web pages

 

How much will I pay for shipping?

What shipping methods are available?

We offer ground, premium ground, 2nd day, and next day. See our shipping and handling page for cost.

 

How do I track my order?

You will be provided a tracking number upon shipment and will be able to track via the FED EX website

 

If my selection is “backordered”, what happens?

Occasionally, we temporarily run out-of-stock of high demand items.  In the event this happens we will promtly notify you via e-mail with an estimated ship date.   If you have ordered more than one item all available items will be shipped.  You will only be billed one shipping cost.  You will NOT be billed for backordered item until they ship.

 

How do I return an item to Bellscrubs.com?

 We hope you will be pleased with the items you have ordered.  If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly return any item[s] in original condition within 30 days of receipt.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered items.  Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.  Return postage must be pre-paid.  COD’s on return shipments cannot be accepted.  Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return.  Send return along with completeted Return & Exchange form via insured US mail or UPS.  to:

How do I exchange an item?

 We hope you will be pleased with the items you order.  If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange any item[s] in origanal condition within 30 days of receipt.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, or altered items.  Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.  Return postage must be pre-paid.  COD’s on return shipments cannot be accepted.  Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your exchange.  You will not be charged shipping and processing for the exchanged item[s].  New items added at time of exchange will incur shipping and processing.  Send item[s] to exchange along with completed Return & Exchange form via insured prepaid US mail or UPS to:

What do I do if I was shipped the wrong item[s] or my order was damaged in transit?

E-mail us at Bellscrubs@att.net with your order number, name, address and details on the items you ordered and the item you recived.  If the item is in stock, we will ship it out to you immediately.  Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it.

 

What if I do not know my size?

 If you do not know your size, use our size chart.  Our size charts show average measements and corresponding size.  You will be measuring you bust, waist and hips.
